This special day will give you and 14 others the chance to learn the art of BBQ and smoking from our talented Group Executive Chef: John Bingley, and Pitmaster: Andy. With over 30 years of combined experience, they will teach you the tricks and techniques to recreate the most mouth-watering & flavoursome meats at home. This is a cooking class that will get you ahead of the rest when barbecuing!

From 12pm until approx. 4pm, you will be fully immersed in the world of BBQ and smoking, as you learn everything from the basics to the most advanced techniques. Not only will you get to witness the magic of slow-cooking meats to perfection, but our experts will be on hand to answer any questions so you can learn as much as you'd like. And yes, you will be able to try out what you've cooked!

- Full payment is taken on booking – we cannot hold any spaces provisionally due to the limited spaces available.
- Based on a minimum of 5 people – if this doesn’t book and alternative date may be provided. Maximum 14 places available.
- We advise that you wear suitable clothing for working outside, with the smokers.
- Long sleeve and trousers are to be worn, disposable aprons and gloves will be provided. No open toe shoes are permitted.
- Please note that the event will go ahead and is not weather dependant.
- We cannot provide any areas for safe storage of valuables and ask that you leave these in your car.
- Ample parking is available.
