Step into the smokey, flavourful world of barbecue mastery with our exclusive Korean Cowgirl experience: “A Day in the Life of a Pitmaster.” This immersive event runs from 10:30am to 12:30pm, offering two hours of barbecue expertise, storytelling, and camaraderie.

Join 22 fellow enthusiasts for an intimate gathering where you’ll uncover the secrets of pitmaster craftsmanship. This unique session brings you face-to-face with our seasoned Group Executive Chef, John Bingley, and renowned Pitmaster, Andy Gainey. With over 30 years of combined experience, they’ll share their expert techniques, tips, and tricks to elevate your home BBQ game.

  • Full payment is taken on booking – we cannot hold any spaces provisionally due to the limited spaces available.
  • Based on a minimum of 5 people – if this doesn’t book and alternative date may be provided. Maximum 22 places available.
  • We advise that you wear suitable clothing for working outside, with the smokers.
  • Long sleeve and trousers are to be worn, disposable aprons and gloves will be provided. No open toe shoes are permitted.
  • Please note that the event will go ahead and is not weather dependant.
  • We cannot provide any areas for safe storage of valuables and ask that you leave these in your car.
  • Ample parking is available.
